Follow these steps to modify an existing backup job in the VMOBACKUP portal.
Step 1: Navigate to the Jobs tab #
From the left-hand navigation, click Jobs.

Step 2: Select the Job to Edit #
Click the pencil icon next to the backup job you want to edit.
Step 3: Update Job Name or Description #
You can change the job name or add/edit a description here.

Step 4: Choose Backup Objects and Processing Options #
You can:
- Backup the entire organization, or
- Select specific objects (users, groups, sites, or teams) to include in the backup.

Or select an object to Edit or Remove

Click Edit next to an object to configure processing options.

Step 5: Update the Schedule #
Adjust when the job runs:
- Choose a time under Daily at this time
- Or enable Periodically every if desired.
Step 6: Select Backup Repository #
Choose or confirm the desired backup repository from the dropdown.
Step 7: Review and Save #
Review your settings, then click Save to update the job.
