# Deleting Your Account

## Go to Profile Settings

Log in to the VMOBACKUP portal.

In the left-hand menu, click **Settings**, then select **Profile.**

## Click "Delete Account"

Ensure you are under the "User" tab.

Click the **Delete Account** button.

## Confirm and Submit

In the pop-up window, type in your reason for deleting your account.

Click **Confirm.**

> *Note: This action is permanent and all data associated with your account will be removed.*
